Gurkees Sandals are very consistent in size but are hand made and may vary sometimes in sizing, so upon receiving your Gurkee's Sandals, please try them on for size on carpet. If your Gurkee's sandals don't fit, simply return them in new and unused condition with a copy of your Nature's Wish® invoice and original box, etc. as instructed below and we will send you another size with no additional cost to you.
In addition, we offer a 30 day replacement policy for defects in material or workmanship.
Your invoice includes return information with a number to write on the outside of your package. Packages without this number prominently written on the outside are not accepted.
Please do not return sandals that have been worn and dirty unless they have broken in some way. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase of product.
It is not uncommon for a pair of Gurkee's to last for 7,8,9 or even 10 years. We're sure you'll be happy with your Gurkee's Product.

I've just recently discovered Gurkee's rope sandals and have to express how impressed I am with them. I originally bought them to use on my houseboat on weekends, but they're so comfortable and wear so well that I started wearing them all the time putting them through things for which they were never intended. I wear them on concrete, in the yard, around the house, driving, hiking, mountain biking, etc. I wash them almost every week in the washer then throw them in a hot dryer. It's been a year and a half of this abuse so far and they are barely showing wear. I've had heavy leather shoes that never held up this well. Whenever there's a little fraying around the edges I just tease a lighter around them and the frays suck up to the shoe and glue themselves down, no problem. They seem to get more and more comfortable the more I wear them, and they don't give me the backaches with extended hard-surface walking that regular flip-flops do. I only wish that the men's sandals were available in a few more colors, like yellow, red, and blue.
Hopefully this product will be around for a long time so that I can replace my Neptunes when they wear out (not for quite awhile, apparently).

Step 1 for returns: Look at your invoice or Packing Slip to find the instructions, return address and number to write on the outside of your package for return. Please call 877-444-WISH if you have any questions.
Returns not prominently displaying the number shown on your invoice return instructions will be refused and returned to sender.
Step 2: You must return the Nature's Wish® products as outlined in product return information above along with your sales receipt and credit card information within 30 days of purchase.
Product must be returned to our company mailing address shown on your invoice.
